Jio Gardens in BKC was trasformed into a luxury hub for the weekend. The production team had one vision: to go beyond anything seen or expereienced in India and to optimise the indoor and outdoor spaces.
An invitee only afternoon for IIFL guests, the luxury industry was all set to put up a grand show. Guests were treated to immersive expereiences by the brands.
Day 2 started with a smashing success. Du Rhone Chocolatier launched in India with the Swiss tradition of smashing a chocolate couldron to bring good louck. The watch section was the focul point of the morning with Officine Panerai hosting private sessions with their expert watchmaker on the nuances of the mechanism.
Sunday afternoon saw the glam set lend their support to the conservation of Asian elephants. The 150-invitee exclusive brunch witnessed the record-breaking auction of the 101 Elephant Parade Family members.
The LLW café organises dining experiences to raise funds for a cause. The café gave guests a choice of nine food and beverage food brands from Mumbai and Delhi, each of whom created four original dishes in their signature style. Our culinary chefs included Aditi Dugar of Sage and Saffron, Jason Hudanish of Xico, Vikramjit Roy from POH (Progressive Oriental House), Sequel’s Vanika Choudhary, Rahul Gomes Periera of Juman and Woodside Inn’s The Burger Project. Holding down the fort of the desserts were Yohan Dattobhai of Sucres Des Terre and La Folie’s Sanjana Patel. Koinonia Coffee Roasters made sure everyone got their caffeine fix.
